We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry (earrings) cannot be returned.

  • Custom or sale items are final sale.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace it at no cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
